Palmer, Alaska, March 3, 2011: Due to the high winds over the last twelve days, we've had some "whiteout" conditions like these in Palmer, Alaska. Winds have ranged from lows of 20 mph to highs of 75 mph, with typical average winds of 30-40 mph.
