Here's another moose in Talkeetna, this one for the Talkeetna Glacier Flights company.

This sign is a wonderful place to pose when you're in Talkeetna. It's just to the right of the Talkeetna Gift Shop, which is on your right as you're walking into town.

On the way back from Denali National Park, my family and I encountered these moose, eating some vegetation near a railroad crossing.

You'll see plenty of "Moose Crossing" signs like this one in Alaska. Any time I see a "Deer Crossing" sign in the Lower 48 I think of these signs.

You'll see lots of "Give Moose a Brake" signs in Alaska, usually accompanied by a death toll from the previous winter, or year-to-date. This sign was just south of Talkeetna.
