A few signs I ran across in Homer, Alaska. The bottom sign is very funny if you happen to skip the "feeding" part at the top.

I just happened to catch this picture that shows the contact information for the Jenny Lane Cottage in Homer, Alaska. The cottage might be a little hard to find, but I enjoyed my stay tremendously. By coming to Homer in October I was able to call the owners up and rent the cottage with little notice. While this is just a brief Homer Alaska rental stay, a man could get used to living here.

Here's another picture that shows the view out the back of the Jenny Lane Cottage in Homer. It was too wet when I visited here in the fall of 2008, but I'd love to sit on that bench for a while and just look across the water at the rolling mountains.

This picture shows the front entrance to the Jenny Lane Cottage in the fall of 2008. Despite the muddy appearance of the parking lot, the cottage is beautiful inside, and has a tremendous view in the back.

One day I was walking around Homer and I heard some loud music coming from down the road. That's when I stumbled on the Homer Music and Recording Studio. I'm not sure what they were doing exactly, but a side door to the building was open, and they were jamming away inside.
